The checkbook and
statements have been sent to auditors. The balance will be presented at the
Feb. meeting.
New Business:
- Tara will be in 4 days a week for ½ day
beginning 12/16/02.
- Catherine will remain the 911 Rep. For the LEPC
group. Phil or Randy will fill in until she returns.
- Chief Willis has PO for the phone numbers to be
used for the EAS. Published numbers list will cost $2,983.28 and will
include a six-month update. An annual update (w/6 mo. update) will cost
about the same. A suggestion was made to send a notification through water
bills asking for unlisted numbers or wireless phone numbers (if that is
the only phone used). The payment for the phone numbers are from the
county through Fred's approval and that the annual/semi-annual updates are
to budgeted within the county budget.
- A tabletop exercise involving the EOC is set for
this Friday.
- Fred will get a Police Department Rep (Capt. PA
Williams). He will also ask Peggy to be media Rep..
Reminder: Meetings are held every other month (second
Wednesday) at 11:00. Next meeting will be Feb 12, 2002. Lunch to be provided by
Proctor and Gamble.
